Warranty

RTscan tries best to provide reliable products and services, but in case of any quality problem,  we try to make customers save time and worry less, so we provide a warranty as below (valid from 8th-March-2021) :  

3 years warranty for all scanner engines and 13 months warranty for all the other products since the date of delivery. 

For any quality problems:

1. For small orders that below 100 units, RTscan provides free repair or replacement with both sides shipping cost and Chinese side tariff paid by RTscan. 
2. For orders over 100 units, RTscan will provide 1% spare scanners free of charge for your quick replacements in case some scanners don’t work.
   For defective products that exceed the 1% spare scanners,  RTscan provides free repair or replacement with both sides shipping cost and Chinese side tariff paid by RTscan.
3. For man-made damage within warranty time, RTscan provides paid repair with both sides shipping cost and tariff paid by the customer.
4. For all barcode scanner engines, RTscan provides 3 years warranty for the scan engine itself, all the accessories are 13 months.
