In our continuous efforts to provide reliable and trustworthy products, we are pleased to announce an enhancement to our warranty policy for embedded products. Starting from January 1, 2024, all embedded & module scanners (fixed mount scanner, embedded type scanner, and scan engines) will come with an extended three-year warranty, ensuring your peace of mind and reinforcing our commitment to reliability.

Previously, some of our products were covered by a three-year warranty while others had a 13-month warranty period. In order to streamline and simplify our warranty offerings, we have decided to upgrade the warranty period for all embedded & module scanners to three years, effective from the date mentioned above.  All embedded & module scanners shipped after January 1, 2024, will benefit from this extended warranty policy.
