How to process the buying

• After confirm the model and quantity of your order,we will issue the proforma invoice (PI) to you,the PI with banking information, then after you do the payment ,we will arrange the shipping or production.
• Usually For bulk order, we accept 30% down payment, then 70% before shipping.
• Others payment terms also negotiable 

Sample Policy

The samples price usually higher than price for volume order, this is because the handling cost for samples is higher.

Lead time:

For Samples,usually within 3 days after we receive the payment.For bulk order, usually 10-35days accordingly.

Shipping

We have very good relationship with big forwarder & logistic companies and we can arrange worldwide shipment by express, by air and by sea from Shenzhen of China with a good price.

• By Express

We deliver goods by DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS with door to door service; normally it will take 5-6 days to deliver.

• By Air

It will take 5-6 days to delivery, customer can pick up goods from airport by airway bill.

• By Sea

  If you want, we can also arrange delivery by sea to main ports of worldwide from Shenzhen. 

Delivery time will be 20-40 days accordingly.

Payment

Generally, We accept Paypal, western union, or wire transfer

We accept payments using wire transfer to our business account.

Warranty

Warranty：12 months. For orders over 100 units, will be shipped with 1% spare scanner free of charge.
Any defective products or any products do not work well within the warranty time can be repaired or replaced freely. RTscan will not be responsible for round-trip shipping and taxes. Kindly note the man-made warranty will not be covered in the warranty
